Instructional Diagram Utopia: episode VI

I imagine that if there wasn't a sign showing a person how to scoop up dog shit, parks in England would be filled with people standing in confused silence, knee deep in dog turds. No longer. This possibly over-optimistic diagram posits the possibility of squatting behind said dog and scooping said shit directly out of the relevant canine cavity. Only the English can make the mundane so banal. God bless them, their signs, and their dogs.

PS do you think the artist gave the stick-man a nose because he had a tiny bit of paint left? And how did he manage to make the dog look so happy?
