Interfering with Dolphins

If you understand this article, you understand what it means to be British:
1. The belief that if a dolphin is available to give you a lift, you should avail yourself of it;
2. That someone can be prosecuted for playing with a dolphin - could it not have swum away? I seem to recall primary school myths that a dolphin could kill a man with their snout, if it so desired.
